Invoicing and Payment Terms

Time spent on projects are tracked and billed in 15-minute increments.  Time billed includes but is not limited to:  virtual time, telephone calls; conference meetings; research time related to task or project; local on-site time; and travel time.   

Normal daily operating expenses are the responsibility of TCB.  Supplies and materials related to projects and/or specifically requested by the client will be billed at cost plus 10%.  Those expenses include but are not limited to:  envelopes, letterhead, paper, postage, shipping charges, etc.  Copies of receipts will be provided at the time of billing.

Advertising and media buys are paid in advance by the client prior to placement according to terms of agreement between TCB, its client, and the advertising medium.

TCB does not require a monthly time commitment for hourly projects; however, there is a minimum of a 15 minute charge per invoice. Invoices are released the first business week of every month.  Payment terms are Net-10.  Late penalties and insufficient funds’ policies apply.
